To guide members on enabling and managing two-factor authentication (2FA) to secure their Monivest accounts against unauthorized access.

Overview
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security beyond your password. By requiring a second verification step, Monivest ensures that only you can access your wallet, savings, loans, and project investments.
Go to [Profile → https://app.monivest.ng/user/profile/index/profile]
Click Security Settings → Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
After entering your password, you will be prompted to verify using one of the following:
SMS verification code to your registered phone number
Authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
Only verified devices can access your account
Choose your preferred 2FA method (SMS or Authenticator App)
Follow on-screen instructions to link your device
Enter the verification code to complete setup
2FA is now active for every login
Review all active sessions and logged-in devices
Terminate sessions on devices you no longer use or recognize
Receive notifications for new device logins
Keep your phone and authenticator app secure
Do not share verification codes with anyone
Immediately update password and review sessions if unusual activity is detected
Always enable 2FA to protect against account takeover and fraudulent withdrawals
Pair with a strong password for maximum security
Regularly check active sessions and login notifications
