Monivest members can participate in multiple projects simultaneously. Tracking performance ensures transparency, control, and informed reinvestment decisions.

1️⃣ Access Your Project Portfolio

• Go to [My Project-Based Portfolio → https://app.monivest.ng/user/portfolio/followed/project_investment]

• Here you’ll see all projects you are participating in:

  • Active Projects — currently running

  • Coming Soon Projects — announced but not yet open

  • Matured Projects — completed with returns credited

2️⃣ Understanding the Dashboard

• Each project displays:

  • Investment amount

  • Start & end date

  • Expected vs actual returns

  • Status of batch (weekly performance updates)

• Click View Details to see project-specific updates, milestones, and collateral coverage

3️⃣ Monitoring Returns

• Project returns are performance-based

• Returns are updated as batches complete and audits confirm results

• Notifications are sent when profit is credited or project milestones are achieved

4️⃣ Risk & Compliance Overview

• Each project is audited weekly

• Collateralized projects are insured and backed by liquidator valuations

• Any deviations are flagged and reported to members promptly
